Since 1996 we have  grown as a USA Manufacturer of fabric toys, to mats, and beds to molded toys and sweaters.

Today, many people are concerned about toy safety for our pets. Our Pets are trusting creatures who depend on humans to keep their world safe and comfortable.

Since 2007 our world has been filled with news of potentially harmful products. For pet toys, one article, as reported by Consumer Affairs, describes the levels of heavy metals, such as lead, in pet products. Accumulation of lead build up over time is harmful to your pet.

We're careful with our line expansion, ensuring we always bring a valuable and differentible product to our consumers. We look forward to growing our range of products with you, and continue our demonstration of commitment to the environment, our communities and superior pet products.

We do all we can to reduce waste, making sure to cut as much raw product as possible out of every bolt of fabric, then reusing the scrap material where we can. We rescue and reuse old boxes to store our finished products, and employ recycled material in our packaging. Finally, even some of our products themselves are recyclable.

Recycled material is used throughout all of our beds and toys. We use premium 100% recycled IntelliLoft long-staple fill in all our stuffed beds. Made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. IntelliLoft is friendly to the environment without sacificing our high quality standars. Our exclusive IntelliLoft fiber fills diverts over 25 tons of plastic bottles from landfills every year. IntelliLoft is clean, safe, re-engineered PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Polymer Materal that is a win for the Environment. By recycling PET polymer material we are reducing energy use, while at the same time, keeping plastic bottles out of our landfills. Creating products that use IntelliLoft recycled material can use up to 8 times less energy than it takes to manufacture the same material new. We start with post consumer recycled plastic bottles. The bottle are stripped of labels and caps, then cleaned and disinfected . The plastic bottle are then chopped into flakes, melted, liquifed, then re-engineered into one soft IntelliLoft fibers used in both our recycled fiber fill and recycled eco fabrics.

Our dog toys, bedding and clothes products highlight our continued commitment to innovative design and minimal environmental impact. From our Reknitz dog sweaters, made from reclaimed cotton .  Our Zogoflex line has been designed and engineered to be 100% recyclable (not to mention durable). Our Organic Beds offers the additional option of organic fabric combined with the 100% recycled IntelliLoft fiber fill that is found in all of our stuffed beds. Eco Naps and Eco Toys both utilize fabric that is made from 85% recycled IntelliLoft fibers. You'll even find recycled paper content and petroleum-free, PLA plastic packaging on many of our products.
